LA Squares Building Legacy Career Pathways was created to remove the financial and informational barriers that prevent many underserverved people from entering high potential careers.
The program is built around a simple :
TRAIN - CREDENTIAL - EMPLOY
We want participants to complete their training, earn the required license or certification, and move into employment within their chosen industry.
LAND
Marshall Logistics CDL Scholarship
Helping qualified participants enter the trucking and transportation industry.
Support may include:
- CDL school tuition assistance
- Commercial driver's license training
- Testing fees
- DOT physicals
- Endorsements
- Transportation assistance
- Career preparation
Success Means:
Completing CDL training, earning the required license, and entering employment in the transportation industry.
SEA
Maritime Career Pathways Initiative
Helping underserved adults access careers in the maritime industry by removing some of the upfront barriers required to get started.
Support may include:
- TWIC Card
- STCW Basic Training
- VPDSD Certification
- U.S. Coast Guard physical
- Passport assistance
- Required training and certification
- Career guidance
- Employment connections
Success Means:
Completing required maritime training and credentials and moving into a maritime career opportunity.
AIR
Golden Wingz Aviation Scholarship
The Golden Wingz Aviation Scholarship is inspired by firsthand experience
The Founders Paul and Le'Mar Marshall pursed aviation training and experienced how expensive the road to becoming a pilot can be. They also saw how often aspiring minority pilots become interested in aviation but walked away once they learned the cost of training .
The Golden Wingz Aviation now lives under LA Squares as part of Building Legacy.
Support may include:
- Discovery flights
- Flight training assistance
- Aviation scholarships
- Pilot training hours
- Aviation certifications
- Career exposure
- Mentorship
- Professional guidance

Helping participants progress through aviation training, earn credentials, and move forward to promising careers in aviation.

WHY LAND - SEA - AIR?
Built from real experiences
These programs were not created by simply choosing three industries that sounded good.
They grew from experiences within the LA Squares family.
Our Founders Paul and Le'Mar Marshall previously owned Marshall Logistics, a dry van cross country trucking company. Giving them firsthand experience in transportation and logistics.
They later pursed aviation and became pilots, experiencing firsthand the cost and challenges associated with entering the aviation industry.
Loren Ross, founder of LA Squares, experienced his own obstacles entering the maritime industry and now wants to help make that road easier for others coming behind him.
Those experiences became the foundation of
